We are aware of a technical issue regarding the overstay fee charges applied on some on street charging units in Glasgow between the hours of 8pm and 8am.
Upon our recent review of the system, it has come to our notice that there have been inconsistencies in the application of overstay fees during the specified timeframe for pay now customers.
This has understandably caused confusion and dissatisfaction. As a result, we are working to get this matter resolved.
We apologise for any inconvenience or frustration this may have caused. Rest assured, we are dedicated to resolving this matter.
