Unreliable. I've only managed to get this app to work about 50% of the time. On the phone to the helpline regularly (staff are helpful). Often fails to connect to charger. Lots of chargers without numbers on them, so you're guessing which socket corresponds to the shown one on the app. Lots of infinite loading. Real-time update on charger availability lags. When you do get it working it won't end your session most of the time. This needs to be done from the car console. Get the card.

One of the worst apps with a map, the centre on my location button does so but at a national zoom level. You try to zoom in and it's like swimming through concrete, and no plus or minus buttons are available to aid this. When you then select a charger it maps a route from your location, but if you've selected the wrong charger, because they are overlapping or missing from the map, then your buggered as you then can't back out and your back to the zoom game. It took them one day to ruin CPS.

I seldom leave 1★ reviews and reserve these only for cases where the app literally doesn't work. Sadly that's the case here. It consistently becomes jerky to the point where you have to force quit the app – it's just not usable as stands. Once performance is fixed it looks alright, if rough around the edges. Disappointing not to see a button to navigate to the charger in Google Maps. Also disappointing there's no support for Android's dark theme so you blind yourself at night. Hope it improves.
