Update: 10:45am – 08/05/2024 – This issue has been resolved.

The system issues we were experiencing have now been resolved as of 10:45am. We understand drivers concerns and our support team are still available to assist drivers 24/7.

This has not impacted availability of chargers and we are still experiencing the expected level of sessions and charger uptime across the network since going live with our new payment provider. Due to the issue impacting some driver accounts, this resulted in an influx of contact to our support team this morning. Our team our continuing to work diligently to resolve any account related issue in the first instance.

We wish to inform you of a recent event that has temporarily impacted the performance of our system. Late last night, an unexpected technical issue occurred with one of our primary servers. This has led to some temporary operational challenges.


Please be assured that our hosting provider is giving this matter their utmost attention and is working diligently to resolve it. Concurrently, our dedicated software team is exploring all possible avenues to restore full functionality at the earliest.
