Tickets Raised by ChargePlace Scotland

When our team raise a ticket on a machine, it does not necessarily mean that this has been raised as a fault and can consist of the following:

Tickets could include:

  • general & tariff queries,
  • RFID requests,
  • remote activation assistance,
  • how-to advice,
  • user error or machine faults.

Machine faults could include:

  • transmission errors or a communication error,
  • the unit requiring a new part,
  • an engineer visit because the machine needs reset on site,
  • power supply issue,
  • broken connectors,
  • stuck cables,
  • vandalism,
  • screen fault or a card reader fault.
