Argyll and Bute Council has taken a decision to introduce a charging tariff to ensure they can continue to maintain the chargers they own on the network, to make them more accessible and financially sustainable.

Argyll and Bute Council has increased its electric vehicle charging network to 28 points across the area as part of its commitment to reduce the impact of climate change.

As of Friday 9th April, Argyll and Bute Council will be introducing a tariff of £0.25 per kWh (with a minimum charge of £1.80 per charging session).

Overstay fees apply after 4 hours charging at the 22kW units and after 2 hours charging at the 50kW units. No overstay fees apply for charging at the 7kW units.
