As an EV Network Manager at SWARCO Smart Charging Ltd, I oversee the successful operations of the ChargePlace Scotland network and host/owner communities. My role involves providing technical support, ensuring transparent communication, and acting as the ‘Voice of the Customer.’ Participating in the rally allows me to engage directly with the community, showcase our efforts, and gather valuable feedback to enhance our services and relationships.

As the Communications Manager, my primary responsibility is to ensure that EV drivers in Scotland stay informed and up-to-date through engaging content. That’s why I introduced live QR codes for additional support and expanded our social media presence across four platforms.
I am dedicated to strengthening our brand and supporting EV drivers. The rally offers an exciting chance to learn about the infrastructure, connect with like-minded enthusiasts, and capture inspiring images and content.
