Action Required by Account Holder : Password Reset

To transition to the improved security framework, we kindly request that you reset your password. Please follow these simple steps:

  1. Visit our Login Page.
  2. Click on “Recover Password”:
  3. Follow the Instructions and you will receive an email with a link to reset your password. Click on the link within the email and follow the instructions.
  4. Create a New Password: Choose a strong and unique password that includes:

    a. Minimum 12 characters
    b. 1 or more lowercase letters (A-Z)
    c. 1 or more uppercase letters (a-z)
    d. 1 or more number (0-9)
    e. 1 or more special character
    f. Same character can´t be used more than 3 times.

Here are some additional tips for creating secure passwords:

  1. Avoid Common Words: Avoid using easily guessable words like “password”, “admin”, or your name.
  2. Avoid Personal Information: Don’t use easily accessible information like your birthdate, family names, or common phrases.
  3. No Dictionary Words: Avoid using actual words found in the dictionary, even if they are modified (e.g., “P@ssw0rd”).
  4. Randomness is Key: Try to make your password as random as possible. You can use a password manager to generate and store complex passwords.
  5. Unique Passwords: Don’t reuse passwords across different accounts. Each account should have its own unique password.
  6. Change Regularly: Change your passwords periodically to enhance security.
  7. Use Passphrases: Consider using a passphrase, which is a sequence of random words or a sentence. It’s easier to remember and can be just as secure.

Remember, the most secure passwords are often the most difficult to remember, which is why using a reputable password manager is highly recommended. It can generate, store, and autofill complex passwords for you, so you don’t have to remember them all.
