Argyll and Bute Council have informed us of the following update to the charge point under their ownership:

All users of the private car park will be subject to a parking charge of £1.20 per hour, even if they are using the EV charger. Parking fee is payable on exit on the site by card, phone, or a pay-by-phone app from Luss Estates. Disputes over parking fees only should be directed to Luss Estates using Parking@lussestates.co.uk email address.

The charger still has the council standard EV usage tariff applied – £0.26 per kWh with a minimum charge of £1.80. The Council have confirmed that the overstay fee of £30 charged after 2 hours still applies as that directly relates to the usage of their charger.
