We are currently aware of issues affecting some users accessing their accounts and starting a charging session on a number of charge points.
Our team is aware of the situation and is working diligently to resolve the issue with RFID and app sessions as quickly as possible. We would recommend trying to use WebPay and Contactless in the event RFID and app do not work.
Should you be unable to charge, our team are available on 0141 648 0750 to help start and stop charging sessions remotely.
We understand the inconvenience this may cause and deeply apologise for any disruption to your activities. Rest assured, we are committed to restoring full functionality and minimising any impact on your experience.
