Drivers please note, a major mobile network operator has scheduled maintenance set to take place which may result in temporary disruption to communication between chargers and the CPS back office system.
While we do not expect any major disruption, we have ensured through pre-engagement with the network operator that we have the required critical escalation channels in place should any interruption take place.
Potential Impact Times are:

10th August 2022 17:00 – 21:30 BST
11th August 2022 17:00 – 21:30 BST
In the unlikely event that any disruption occurs, we will update our social media channels during the period involved with the latest updates regarding availability. We have asked that these works take place during off peak times, however this remains the decision of the network operator.
As an abundance of caution, we advise drivers to plan ahead where possible to ensure vehicles have sufficient charge before the maintenance windows. Thanks to ongoing efforts made to mitigate such potential disruption, the CPS network does not solely rely on one data provider. Drivers with a valid RFID card should be able to activate a charging point which will revert to cache vend if mobile signal issues occur.
Users of app and webpay may experience difficulty in activating a charger if the unit temporarily drops out of communication during this maintenance window.
