Again apologies for the issues some of you have been experiencing this morning.
At the moment, communication between the chargers and our back office have been impacted; this leaves us in the unenviable position of not being able to see real time status’, nor confidently talk remotely to units to assist in initiating a charge.
However, chargers across the network are still functional and the majority will still accept RFID instruction from registered members at this time. This we know as we can still track active sessions underway which currently range into the hundreds.
This is of course a disruptive event which we are working in tandem with appropriate partners to resolve as swiftly as possible. While of course we are busier than normal, our service centre team remain available to help as much as possible where they can.
