Please see the below statement from Argyll and Bute council regarding temporary charger unavailability (UPDATE: 19/04/22 All Units Available Once More):
“The electric vehicles chargers at Helensburgh Pier/West Clyde Street car park will be out of use from Monday 11 April until at least Friday 22 April, due to electrical works being carried out as part of the new Helensburgh Waterfront Development.
You can find the nearest alternative public chargers at the following link: ChargePlace Scotland | Scotland’s Public EV Charging Network
We apologise both for the inconvenience caused by this and also for the short notice – the Council was only notified today (Thursday 7 April) of the planned power outage by our electrical consultants working on this element of the Waterfront Development.
We will provide another update once we have a confirmed date for the chargers being back up and running.”
The chargers impacted by these works are:
- 51144, 51538 – West Clyde Street, Helensburgh
- 52305, 52306, 52683 – Pier Car Park, Helensburgh
