New free phone number for the network: staying compliant with upcoming regulations

As part of the new Government regulations coming into effect on 24th November 2024, all charge point operators are required to provide a free phone number for customer support.

But don’t worry! Our existing customer support number will remain active as we transition and renew our notices, so drivers can continue to use it without any disruption. This is just one more way we’re ensuring compliance while making it even easier for you to get the assistance they need, anytime.
