Following previous communication to ChargePlace Scotland users, we have taken the decision to block driver accounts for which there is no direct debit payment details set up. This is necessary action to ensure outstanding as well as future monies for charging sessions can be recouped and distributed to charge point owners.
This will, in turn result in improved network sustainability as revenue generated can continue to be invested into new EV chargers as well as the required maintenance and repairs.
If you happen to have been blocked, please follow the simple online process to set up payment details with our payment provider GoCardless. This can be done by signing in via a web browser at the link below and navigating to the payment tab where you will see the prompt screen, highlighted in the below image.
