Following the maintenance carried out on 27/09/2022, essential follow up work has been scheduled to take place tonight (05/10/22) which may result in temporary disruption to communication between chargers and the CPS back office system.

Potential Impact Time:
22:00 – 23:00 05/10/2022

In the event that any major or prolonged disruption occurs, we will update our social media channels with the latest information regarding availability.

As an abundance of caution, we advise drivers to plan ahead where possible to ensure vehicles have sufficient charge before the update window. We also recommend drivers to look to avoid disconnecting/ending charging sessions during the window as this may result in a stuck cable.

If a charger were to drop out of communication, drivers with a valid RFID card should still be able to activate a charging session as the charger will log the transaction and upload to their account once back in communication.

Users of app and webpay may experience difficulty in activating a charger if the unit temporarily drops out of communication during this update window.

As always, we thank you for your patience and understanding whilst we work with our partners as they carry out these essential works.
